Who We Are
We are a charity dedicated to helping, empowering, and advocating for the needs of underprivileged adolescent girls. We seek to intentionally improve the quality of life of as many young girls as we can reach through giving.
At Laura Flora Adolescent Care Foundation, we implement strategic initiatives to support, empower, and advocate for underprivileged adolescent girls in Nigeria through various comprehensive programs.

What We Do
Our programs and initiatives to empower underprivileged adolescent girls.
Rural Outreach
We undertake periodic rural outreach to donate and create awareness about the importance of hygiene among underprivileged adolescent girls. Our outreach programs target communities with limited access to menstrual health education and resources.
Sanitary Products
We make recurring donations of sanitary products to young girls between the ages of 12 and 16 monthly, and in certain circumstances, one-off donations. This initiative aims to ensure that no girl misses school or faces social stigma due to lack of adequate menstrual products.
Scholarships
We provide scholarships and educational opportunities to young girls, and help identify and nurture young talents through bootcamps, seminars, personal mentorship and our educational support programs aim to ensure that financial constraints do not hinder the academic aspirations of adolescent girls.
Counselling
We speak to underprivileged young girls and open their minds to self-awareness and acceptance, coping with puberty, self-respect, making educational and career choices, handling physical and emotional stress, dealing with trauma, handling rejection, navigating difficult relationships, and more.
Skills Development
We help underprivileged young girls develop and improve a variety of important life and career skills like leadership, adaptability, creativity, entrepreneurship, environmental awareness, time management, communication, problem-solving and self-care.
Our Impact
Since 2022, we've been making a difference in the lives of underprivileged adolescent girls.
Starting with distributing sanitary pads to 12-15 year olds in a local church in Kaduna, we have now expanded our reach to Benue State, providing skills development, rural outreach, scholarships and counselling.
